I play a Les Paul Custom through a couple different Gibson amps...a GA-5 and a GA-42RVT, with a pedalboard full of Death By Audio, Red Witch, Earthquaker Devices, and Menatone pedals.
I know Daniel plays a Goldtop and Sunburst Standard through Orange amps, but I'm curious what effects and strings he uses, and what amps for recording. I met all the guys at a show in Louisville a few years ago, but I was so caught up talking about their debut album with them that I didn't talk gear. Anyone know? Daniel?
I wanna know what Daniel uses!!

On the record i used a couple different things, some stuff was a telecaster through an old AC30, for a lot of the rythum parts i used a 353 but for the main guitar it was a 1959 re issue less paul through a retro 50 orange, high whatt and marshall.
strings are GHS boomers 11's
pedals memory man, mxr comp, mxr phase90 and octavia

Awesome, thanks Daniel. I love my Telecaster!! I can't believe how heavy it can sound....I bought one because of Jimmy Page playing one on the first Zeppelin album. Anyway, I love the new album, can't wait to see you guys live again, and enjoy your ride! I want you guys to be hugely popular, but it sure is nice to have you close to your fans.
